• Check whether the pedal is mechanically in the 0 position.
• Check whether the pedal mechanically clamped.
• Check that the tie pidman rod is bent at the pedal.
• If required, replace the actuator EBxxx

Machine run blockage

• Check whether the sensor or switch is connected to the input.
• Check whether the cable of the sensor or the switch is interrupted.
• Check by means of the test function F-173 if the sensor or switch works.
• If a sensor or switch is not required for a run blockage, turn off the function using the input parameters F-240 - F-249.

Reference position is not set
When setting F-270 = 6, a reference position on the machine must be entered. Description see chapter "Setting the Reference Position" in the instruction manual. If no reference position is required, the parameter F-270 must be set to 0

No valid mode selected
You have to set parameter 290.

Select resistor is not connected.
If no select resistor is connected, the note A5 (emergency run) is displayed. After power on and entry of the
code number, parameter 280 can be used to enter a select resistor value to be assumed. After input is complete
parameter 401 = 1 must be used to store the input. Then the P key must be pressed twice and info A4 appears.
After power is turned off and on again, the select-depending preset value for the corresponding machine model
will be set.

Light barrier monitoring
For the controls AB221A, AB321A and AB425S a photoelectric monitoring can be activated. If no light barrier signal is detected after a set number of stitches, the Info A6 message is displayed. The light barrier monitoring stitches can be set with parameter F-195. If the value = 0, the monitoring is switched off.

Bobbin thread monitor counting expired
The set bobbin thread monitor count has expired. If no thread monitor function is desired set parameter F-030=0.

No valid machine mode available
With parameter F-290 you have selected a mode that is not available. Please contact us.

Security code is missing

-Move the pedal / start the motor until "ready" (rdy) is displayed.

-If the message does not disappear, please check the IPG/HSM and the connection. Replace if necessary.

-If no IPG/HSM is connected, the function can be deactivated with F270=0. The motor will thus work with a transmission ratio of 1:1.
